I had the privilege of leading a collaboration between the College of Design and 4-H Connect to showcase graphic design's diversity, our integration of natural elements into our work, and the spirit of collaboration at Iowa State University. This initiative provided a valuable and enriching experience.

A fellow graphic design graduate student and I developed an interactive activity featuring typography, collage-making, and blending various media. By reusing prints, supplies, and designs, we crafted a dynamic solution that spelled out "4-H Connect Retreat" and added a personal touch.

Engaging with the students and hearing their stories, aspirations, and reflections on their future was deeply impactful. It reminded me of my own journey and the individuals who inspired and motivated me along the way. I am committed to fostering a positive impact within our vibrant community, continually striving to support and uplift those around me.
